Added in 2019, this conservation easement of 324.1 acres in Hampton County protects wildlife habitat, water quality, and the scenic and rural character of the area.

  • Seabrook Solar Farm

Seabrook Solar Farm

Added in 2019, these 634.1 acres on US Highway 21 are a land protection milestone in South Carolina. It's the first conservation easement in the state on a designated solar energy generation facility.

Dory Island

Added in 2018, these 6.56 acres were donated by the Open Land Trust to preserve an undeveloped property on the southeastern side of St. Helena Island on Station Creek.

Port Royal Estates

Added 2018, this property provides valuable wetland and habitat connectivity and is home to mature, Spanish moss-draped live oaks that provide a “Canopy Road of Beaufort County.”
