Located along Highway 21, the property includes 100 acres of “farmland of statewide importance”.  Investing in working farms and farmers through land conservation, local, state and federal partnerships, improved county zoning incentives, tax relief and other strategies will help retain an economic and social force that defines our community.

This easement was granted by YIP, LLC and funded by the Beaufort County Rural and Critical Land Preservation Program.
